1. Reservation & Payment

All reservations at CRB CROWN BELEK are considered final and guaranteed upon confirmation and payment.
Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the booking conditions and seasonality.

2. Cancellation Policy

All room reservations are strictly categorized as Non-Refundable.
Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date), the full reservation amount will be charged and retained.

4. Date Changes

Date modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and management approval.
Any approved changes may result in rate differences.

5. Early Departure

In case of early departure, no refunds or adjustments will be made for unused nights.

6. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via bank transfer, approved payment gateways, and authorized financial methods.

7. Damage & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest accordingly.

8. Smoking Policy

All indoor areas and rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Violation of this policy will result in penalty charges and possible termination of stay.
